An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamid Zaoui in the 27th minute of play forced Hoover AFC's goalkeeper Mohamed Ben Khalidi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chaba Cohen tried in the game's 40th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Ismael Boulebda. An annoying self made goal, 1-0. If Liamine Yahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Hoover AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
