Kearny FC's Zoheir Aziz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tedj Aarache in the 6th minute of play. Rabah Benmabrouk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafik Zoheir Brahimi in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Tega Cay AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafik Zoheir Brahimi came free, but Rabah Benmabrouk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tega Cay AFC's goalkeeper Rabah Benmabrouk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Fateh Mouzaoui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zoheir Aziz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time.
