A hard shot by Abdelnasser Beloufa from long distance, 13 minutes into the match, got Nabil Benyamina's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a defensive mix-up in Olive Branch FC's zone, Samir Zerguelaine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nabil Benyamina came out of the goal and Samir Zerguelaine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edmond Merbah kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Ahmed Kafi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Nabil Benyamina made a huge save. Mansour Hima kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Olive Branch FC's goal looked a bit too open when Samir Zerguelaine came free, but Nabil Benyamina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Ahmed Kafi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nabil Benyamina. Olive Branch FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmed Kafi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Ahmed Kafi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Amar Bouzid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdel Yahia in the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Ahmed Reda Aboulker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amar Bouzid was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmed Reda Aboulker in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amar Bouzid saved Escatawpa FC from getting behind. A collision led to Escatawpa FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ahmed Reda Ziani hit a great ball. Ahmed Kafi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olive Branch FC's goalkeeper Nabil Benyamina, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Samir Zerguelaine made a kick off. Escatawpa FC's Amar Bouzid proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Escatawpa FC from getting a goal against them. Nabil Benyamina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samir Zerguelaine in the 54th minute of the match. Nabil Benyamina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Kafi, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. If Abdel Yahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amar Bouzid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdel Yahia in the 79th minute of the match. Olive Branch FC's Abdel Yahia got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nabil Benyamina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed Kafi in the 87th minute of play. Ahmed Kafi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Olive Branch FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
