Spectators: 6728 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Karim Souakri took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute of the match Abdelhani Bouchemla shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tayeb Al-Jazairia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tayeb Al-Jazairia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karim Souakri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, Tedj Saïfi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Darby Township's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fellsmere the free kick. After 15 played minutes Darby Township got a freekick which was hit by Tedj Saïfi. Tayeb Al-Jazairia made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Rachid Said sent off a good shot on target. During the 18th minute of the match Tedj Saïfi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tedj Saïfi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Fellsmere booed when Darby Township was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tedj Saïfi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Darby Township's zone, Karim Souakri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tayeb Al-Jazairia came out of the goal and Karim Souakri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rachid Said fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tayeb Al-Jazairia having to interfere. In the 30th minute Chadli Megharia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rabah Boulmerka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Ismael Seghiri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tayeb Al-Jazairia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karim Souakri, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ismael Seghiri made a kick off. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Darby Township's goalkeeper Tayeb Al-Jazairia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karim Souakri struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Tayeb Al-Jazairia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fellsmere. Rabah Boulmerka made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Ismael Seghiri sent off a good shot on target. Rabah Boulmerka was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ismael Seghiri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 65 minute of play. Rabah Boulmerka made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Hamid Madouni sent off a good shot on target. If Ismael Seghiri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Seghiri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rabah Boulmerka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. If Ismael Seghiri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fouad Chadl hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Hamid Madouni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rachid Said received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Tayeb Al-Jazairia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90thth minute of the game Karim Souakri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Darby Township's Tayeb Al-Jazairia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute, Chadli Megharia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohammed Ahmed Medjani was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rachid Said in the 95th minute of play forced Darby Township's goalkeeper Tayeb Al-Jazairia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Darby Township supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Darby Township would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
