In the 4thth minute of the game Ismael Ibrir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lake Lorraine AFC's Abd al-Aziz Djebar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Noureddine Maroc blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mokdad Boumedienne having to make a save. Noureddine Maroc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Mokdad Boumedienne made a huge save. After having played for 11 minutes, Bellemou Benflis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lake Lorraine AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bellemou Benflis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Noureddine Maroc received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mokdad Boumedienne came out and tried to block the shot, but Noureddine Maroc slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Abd al-Aziz Djebar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rachid Chedda in the 17th minute of play. Abd al-Aziz Djebar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Ibrir in the 19th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Noureddine Maroc got free with Mokdad Boumedienne in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ismael Ibrir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abd al-Aziz Djebar having to interfere. Ismael Ibrir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Abd al-Aziz Djebar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute of the match Abdelhani Assad shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abd al-Aziz Djebar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ismael Ibrir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Abd al-Aziz Djebar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Rachid Chedda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abd al-Aziz Djebar was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Abdelhani Assad hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Noureddine Maroc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The supporters of Union Beach AFC booed when Lake Lorraine AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salim Ziani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rachid Chedda struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Abd al-Aziz Djebar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Union Beach AFC. Rachid Chedda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ismael Ibrir came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Union Beach AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Ibrir couldn't finish the play. Bellemou Benflis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 77 minutes, Noureddine Maroc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
