Spectators: 6701 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sid Mezdad got the match started through his kick off. Sid Moussaoui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sid Mezdad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berkeley FC's Sid Moussaoui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sid Mezdad in the 6th minute of play. Meziane Rimitti came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Berkeley FC's Hocine Saïdi-Sief. But to his dismay, Hocine Saïdi-Sief quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Berkeley FC's Hocine Saïdi-Sief got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the game, Abdelmalek Maillot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Seekonk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berkeley FC the free kick. A collision led to North Seekonk getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. After a rather tough play, North Seekonk's Abdelmalek Maillot got a free kick in the 16th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Hocine Saïdi-Sief managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berkeley FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hocine Saïdi-Sief was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Meziane Rimitti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Meziane Rimitti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hocine Saïdi-Sief, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hocine Saïdi-Sief in the 27th minute of play forced North Seekonk's goalkeeper Meziane Rimitti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Hocine Saïdi-Sief had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Meziane Rimitti. North Seekonk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hocine Saïdi-Sief was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Sid Mezdad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cheb Belaout could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Sid Moussaoui made a huge save. After having played for 37 minutes, Abdelmalek Maillot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. North Seekonk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdelmalek Maillot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sid Mezdad in the 39th minute of play forced Berkeley FC's goalkeeper Sid Moussaoui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. North Seekonk's Meziane Rimitti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krim Bougherra in the 41st minute of play. Sid Mezdad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. North Seekonk's Cheb Belaout got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hocine Saïdi-Sief stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind North Seekonk's goalkeeper Meziane Rimitti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hocine Saïdi-Sief fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meziane Rimitti having to interfere. If Krim Bougherra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hocine Saïdi-Sief received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Meziane Rimitti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Ismael Zenia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Seekonk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berkeley FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, North Seekonk's Ismael Zenia got a free kick in the 67th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Berkeley FC's Hocine Saïdi-Sief sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Meziane Rimitti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Sid Mezdad came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the North Seekonk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sid Mezdad couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute, Djabir Said hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 minutes of play, North Seekonk's Sid Mezdad made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sid Moussaoui was left in no man's land by his defense there! Berkeley FC's Sid Moussaoui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Djabir Said in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute Hocine Saïdi-Sief shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meziane Rimitti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdelmalek Maillot was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The Berkeley FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Berkeley FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
