He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Elba AFC reached it. If Lazhar Saci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. In the 27th minute, Elba AFC's Bendjedid Cixous seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bendjedid Cixous the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Elba AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bendjedid Cixous had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Elba AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lakeland Highlands AFC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Walid Guendouz, was totally fooled by Lakeland Highlands AFC's Halim Mamouni, who 29 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Walid Guendouz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bouabdellah Boulebda in the 40th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bouabdellah Boulebda during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Lakeland Highlands AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bouabdellah Boulebda to maneuver through the defense. Elba AFC's Walid Guendouz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Assia Mohand in the 58th minute of play. After some careless play in the Elba AFC defense, Lazhar Saci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walid Guendouz. The Elba AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walid Guendouz should have stopped the shot. If Assia Mohand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 played minutes Lakeland Highlands AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rabah Nasri. Walid Guendouz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Assia Mohand in the 68th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Lazhar Saci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Walid Guendouz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Lazhar Saci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walid Guendouz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lazhar Saci in the 95th minute of the match. Lakeland Highlands AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
