Spectators: 6699 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abdelmalek Semghoun took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cheikha Saadane who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Fawzi Bey when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cheikha Saadane got free with Fawzi Bey in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th minute, Mansour Banouas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Colby FC's zone, Abdelmalek Semghoun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samir Baroudi came out of the goal and Abdelmalek Semghoun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bendjedid Boudjedra hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Colby FC's Rafik Bouteflika got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Rafik Bouteflika dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fawzi Bey, 1-0. In the 38th match minute, Itasca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismaïl Saïfi to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Cheikha Saadane managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colby FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cheikha Saadane was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fawzi Bey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Sofiane Madouni hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Itasca's Walid Apap tried to score from far away in the 52nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Sid Ahmed Djamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Itasca's Fawzi Bey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cheikha Saadane in the 58th minute of play. Rafik Bouteflika recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Itasca! In the 67th minute, Cheikha Saadane ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fawzi Bey was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafik Bouteflika in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fawzi Bey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Rafik Bouteflika had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdelmalek Semghoun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th match minute, Colby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sofiane Madouni to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the game, Bendjedid Boudjedra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Itasca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colby FC the free kick. Bendjedid Boudjedra kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Fawzi Bey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafik Bouteflika went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Rafik Bouteflika blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fawzi Bey having to make a save.
