Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bendjedid Tlemcani started the match with the kick off. Bendjedid Tlemcani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as South Taft FC's Bendjedid Tlemcani slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Faouzi Saïd-Guerni. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. If Karim Belkacem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohamed Kerbouche hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. If Bendjedid Tlemcani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. After 29 minutes, Cheb Zaoui mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Charles Town AFC and the South Taft FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, South Taft FC's Yahia Beloufa tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Bendjedid Tlemcani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faouzi Saïd-Guerni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bendjedid Tlemcani in the 38th minute of play. If Karim Belkacem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Charles Town AFC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Cheb Zaoui hit a great ball. Charles Town AFC's Faouzi Saïd-Guerni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Charles Town AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 48th minute, Noureddine Hadjar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Faouzi Saïd-Guerni. The goal made the score 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mustapha Fahima made a kick off. Smail Khendu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faouzi Saïd-Guerni having to interfere. Bendjedid Tlemcani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 61 minutes, Mustapha Fahima managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Charles Town AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustapha Fahima was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bendjedid Tlemcani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 67 minutes of play Charles Town AFC's Cheb Zaoui was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Cheb Zaoui hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bendjedid Tlemcani in the 72nd minute of play forced Charles Town AFC's goalkeeper Faouzi Saïd-Guerni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bendjedid Tlemcani struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Faouzi Saïd-Guerni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for South Taft FC. Abdelnasser Karim Belkassem made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karim Belkacem in the 83rd minute. In the 87th minute, Bendjedid Tlemcani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Faouzi Saïd-Guerni was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Bendjedid Tlemcani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Madhi Amri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. South Taft FC had played much better football throughout.
