In the 39th minute of the match Fodil Macias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Djabir Mamouni showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amar Labi made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Farès Ouyahia sent off a good shot on target. Fawzi Beloufa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amar Labi having to interfere.

The wind increased when Fawzi Beloufa made the kick off in the second half. Pitman's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Mouloud Timsit scored to the left of an out of position Djabir Mamouni, making the score, 0-2. When Farès Ouyahia, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 56 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Amar Labi was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fawzi Beloufa in the 58th minute of play forced Commerce City AFC's goalkeeper Amar Labi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Commerce City AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Farès Ouyahia came free, but Amar Labi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Krim Assad was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. In the 62nd minute, Krim Assad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amar Labi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Farès Ouyahia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fawzi Beloufa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Amar Labi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Fawzi Beloufa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amar Labi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Farès Ouyahia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amar Labi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. The Commerce City AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Commerce City AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
