The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustapha Fanon during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. DanBang FC made a substitution. Nasreddine Boniche replaced Ali Bougherra. After a rather tough play, Palmetto Estates AFC's Mustapha Fanon got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 9th minute, Mustapha Benyamina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Palmetto Estates AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Yazid Mammeri came free, but Hameur Boumedienne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehdi Ulansi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rabah Nasri in the 13th minute of the match. When Mustapha Benyamina came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the DanBang FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustapha Benyamina couldn't finish the play. Charles Soltani charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Charles Soltani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Nasreddine Boniche fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DanBang FC's protests and gave Nasreddine Boniche a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, DanBang FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nasreddine Boniche to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liamine Arrache in the 28th minute of play forced DanBang FC's goalkeeper Mehdi Ulansi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Palmetto Estates AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sofiane Amri to maneuver through the defense. Rabah Nasri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mehdi Ulansi came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Palmetto Estates AFC's Rabah Nasri. But to his dismay, Rabah Nasri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. DanBang FC's Mehdi Ulansi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liamine Arrache in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Palmetto Estates AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yazid Mammeri made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Mustapha Fanon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Mohamed Brahimi fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palmetto Estates AFC's protests and gave Mohamed Brahimi a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that Yazid Mammeri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hameur Boumedienne was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. 61 minutes into the game, Noureddine Belmadi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palmetto Estates AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DanBang FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Palmetto Estates AFC's Noureddine Belmadi got a free kick in the 61st minute. Yazid Mammeri scored 1-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hameur Boumedienne, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mehdi Ulansi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rabah Nasri in the 65th minute. In the 67th match minute, Palmetto Estates AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sofiane Amri to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute, Liamine Arrache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehdi Ulansi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After having played for 83 minutes, Mustapha Benyamina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DanBang FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustapha Benyamina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yazid Mammeri in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hameur Boumedienne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sofiane Amri hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. With a little luck, DanBang FC's Mehdi Ulansi got control of the ball when Rabah Nasri tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Rabah Nasri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
