Spectators: 7455 (Terracing: 5592, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hamid Cherfa started the match with the kick off. Chadli Boniche was extremely unlucky when he, in the 3rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Fadhil Belkheir kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The TR11 fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when TR11's Hamid Cherfa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Noureddine Kader took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karim Djebbour, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noureddine Chedda scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noureddine Kader, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 2-2 became the score in the 23rd minute when Chadli Boniche elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Late Bloomers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Noureddine Chedda came free, but Noureddine Kader reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the TR11 defense, Chadli Boniche kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nouara Brahmi. The TR11 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nouara Brahmi should have stopped the shot. After 34 played minutes Late Bloomers FC got a freekick which was hit by Robert Adjani. After having played for 47 minutes, Chadli Boniche managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Late Bloomers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chadli Boniche was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chadli Boniche made a kick off. Nouara Brahmi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chadli Boniche in the 52nd minute of the match. The supporters of Late Bloomers FC booed when TR11 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yasmina Brahami didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Madjid Guessoum in the 58th minute of play forced TR11's goalkeeper Nouara Brahmi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th match minute, TR11 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Mhenni to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albert Mhenni got free with Noureddine Kader in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nouara Brahmi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chadli Boniche, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Ferhat Saïfi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, TR11's goal looked a bit too open when Chadli Boniche came free, but Nouara Brahmi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albert Mhenni charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albert Mhenni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 played minutes TR11 got a freekick which was hit by Albert Mhenni. After 69 played minutes, Late Bloomers FC's Fadhil Belkheir shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nouara Brahmi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Late Bloomers FC reached it. Soltani Cixous fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 74th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. After 79 played minutes TR11 got a freekick which was hit by Tedj Kader. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Chadli Boniche put it in 5-2 from a short distance just to the right of Nouara Brahmi. When Madjid Guessoum fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Late Bloomers FC's protests and gave Madjid Guessoum a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute there was a penalty for TR11. Hamid El-Hadi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Noureddine Kader. 5-3. Nouara Brahmi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chadli Boniche in the 94th minute of play. Camel Hamdani might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nouara Brahmi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Camel Hamdani ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the Late Bloomers FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
