Spectators: 6713 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Maïssa Ghazi got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Mohamed Djeballi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Djeballi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maïssa Ghazi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdelmalek Ramdane read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Redan's goal looked a bit too open when Mustapha Hamdani came free, but Abdelmalek Ramdane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Chadli Bezzaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdelmalek Souakri was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Maïssa Ghazi took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abdelmalek Ramdane. Abdelmalek Ramdane dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Maïssa Ghazi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mustapha Hamdani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bay Harbor Islands's Abdelmalek Souakri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chadli Bezzaz in the 38th minute of play. Mohamed Djeballi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Abdelmalek Souakri made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chadli Bezzaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes Bay Harbor Islands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kasdi Fadela who took care of the corner kick. Kasdi Fadela made a great header on Redan's corner, it was just that Bay Harbor Islands's Abdelmalek Souakri managed to reach the ball for a save. Mustapha Hamdani kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Mustapha Hamdani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bay Harbor Islands's Maïssa Ghazi got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 64 played minutes Bay Harbor Islands got a freekick which was hit by Maïssa Ghazi. When Belaid Laref came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Bay Harbor Islands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belaid Laref couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute Maïssa Ghazi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdelmalek Ramdane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, one of Redan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Bay Harbor Islands a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Belaid Laref, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Redan's Abdelmalek Ramdane. 0-2. Abdelmalek Souakri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Kerkar, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. The audience was convinced that Chadli Bezzaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdelmalek Souakri was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Abdelmalek Ramdane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maïssa Ghazi, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute, Belaid Laref hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute Chadli Bezzaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdelmalek Souakri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Redan supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bay Harbor Islands's performance. The match ended with a win for Bay Harbor Islands.
