If Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Faouzi Ahmed was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Faouzi Ahmed showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Mansour Semghoun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abd al-Aziz Saïfi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Karim Brahimi was shown his second yellow card after 24 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 25 played minutes Chadron AFC got a freekick which was hit by Karim Brahimi. When Durant's Abd al-Asis Kerkar in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chadron AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Faouzi Ahmed was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. If Abd al-Asis Kerkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chadron AFC's Djamel Cohen got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Faouzi Ahmed showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abd al-Asis Kerkar in the 38th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Abd al-Asis Kerkar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Djamel Cohen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chadron AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Djamel Cohen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abd al-Aziz Saïfi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th match minute, Chadron AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karim Boulmerka to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Chadron AFC's zone, Abd al-Asis Kerkar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faouzi Ahmed came out of the goal and Abd al-Asis Kerkar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chadron AFC's goalkeeper Faouzi Ahmed, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Karim Ramdani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Djamel Cohen in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abd al-Aziz Saïfi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abd al-Asis Kerkar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faouzi Ahmed having to interfere. Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Faouzi Ahmed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Abd al-Asis Kerkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Faouzi Ahmed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Durant players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
