Abdelmalek Boutella came out of the goal and Rabah Matmour tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jean-Baptiste Mansouri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yahia Aribi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tayeb Nasro in the 95th minute. Rabah Matmour kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
