Medjadi Zarabi came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Rockwood's Antoine Abbas. But to his dismay, Antoine Abbas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Benamar Khendu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. Azusa FC's Medjadi Zarabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benamar Khendu in the 12th minute of play. Benamar Khendu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Medjadi Zarabi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Rockwood booed when Azusa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amrani Zéroual didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, one of Azusa FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Azusa FC. Rockwood's Mohamed Dahar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Rockwood from getting a goal against them. The attack was good, but when Moulay Kerkar in the 35th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moulay Kerkar in the 37th minute of play forced Rockwood's goalkeeper Mohamed Dahar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nabil Doutté hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kamel Hadjadj during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Rockwood's zone, Moulay Kerkar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohamed Dahar came out of the goal and Moulay Kerkar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Benamar Khendu made the kick off in the second half. Soltani Belloumi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Mohamed Dahar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moulay Kerkar in the 55th minute of play forced Rockwood's goalkeeper Mohamed Dahar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rockwood's Benamar Khendu in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Azusa FC's goalie prevented a goal. The referee ignored Rockwood's protests and gave Chaba Ziani a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd match minute, Rockwood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chaba Ziani to maneuver through the defense. Soltani Belloumi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th match minute, Rockwood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chaba Ziani to maneuver through the defense. Rockwood's Mohamed Dahar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moulay Kerkar in the 90th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rockwood had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
