Mohamed Faudel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anšlavs Seletickis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 9 minute of play. Djamel Abdi kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Djamel Abdi struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Mohamed Faudel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chihiro Club. 24 minutes into the game, Cheikha Fergani threw the ball into play from the sideline. Said Boutabout's late challenge caught a Chihiro Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Said Boutabout helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chihiro Club booed when Turfal Teahupoo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Said Boutabout didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gugu Mineiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mohamed Faudel. Turfal Teahupoo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Chihiro Club's Zheng Chong Yue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mouloud Beloufa in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Gugu Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Djamel Abdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mohamed Faudel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamid Kourichi in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Karim El Ouafi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Turfal Teahupoo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chihiro Club the free kick. 46 minutes in the game Cheb Haddou got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Djamel Abdi made the kick off in the second half. Djamel Abdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Faudel having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, Turfal Teahupoo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Said Boutabout to maneuver through the defense. Mohamed Faudel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anšlavs Seletickis went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. If Hamid Kourichi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohamed Faudel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anšlavs Seletickis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 95th minute of the match Karim El Ouafi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Karim El Ouafi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of Turfal Teahupoo FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chihiro Club:s goal. Chihiro Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
