North River Shores FC's Ahmed Reda Zidane got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Samir Amara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Polish Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 11 played minutes North River Shores FC got a freekick which was hit by Noureddine Skif. Antoine Ben Khalidi might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Belmadi Bourebbou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antoine Ben Khalidi ran back to his position shaking his head. Abdelkader Benhamou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adlène Maroc's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Madjid Hamruche was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polish Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave North River Shores FC the free kick. After 17 played minutes Polish Team got a freekick which was hit by Madjid Hamruche. In the 18th minute, Menad Yahi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Polish Team's Abdelkader Benhamou didn't even have to move. When Ahmed Reda Zidane fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored North River Shores FC's protests and gave Ahmed Reda Zidane a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Polish Team booed when North River Shores FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmed Reda Zidane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lakhdar Cohen hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Adlène Maroc made a precise shot to the right of Abdelkader Benhamou. Polish Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Abdelkader Benhamou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adlène Maroc, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Adlène Maroc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adlène Maroc in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abdelkader Benhamou prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 43 played minutes Polish Team got a freekick which was hit by Nadir Laura Douibi. Abdelkader Benhamou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lakhdar Cohen in the 44th minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play, North River Shores FC's Lakhdar Cohen made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdelkader Benhamou was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half North River Shores FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adlène Maroc to make the kick off. When Noureddine Skif fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. When Samir Amara came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Polish Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samir Amara couldn't finish the play. After having played for 58 minutes, Adlène Maroc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. North River Shores FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adlène Maroc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 59 played minutes Polish Team got a freekick which was hit by Nadir Laura Douibi. Adlène Maroc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelkader Benhamou having to interfere. Adlène Maroc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lakhdar Cohen came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Abdelkader Benhamou could save by the left post. Abdelkader Benhamou made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Lakhdar Cohen sent off a good shot on target. Madjid Hamruche kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Menad Yahi, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Abdelkader Benhamou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adlène Maroc in the 80th minute of the match. Lakhdar Cohen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Abdelkader Benhamou made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Nadir Laura Douibi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adlène Maroc in the 83rd minute of play forced Polish Team's goalkeeper Abdelkader Benhamou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdelkader Benhamou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adlène Maroc in the 89th minute of play. Adlène Maroc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdelkader Benhamou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Lakhdar Cohen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Abdelkader Benhamou when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lakhdar Cohen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 96th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. North River Shores FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
