Cheb Heddou was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Manos Karelas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mourad Khendu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Said Semghoun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manos Karelas. Garfield Dream Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Said Semghoun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. With an all-out effort, Garfield Dream Team's Cheb Heddou threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ludomir Grucza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Garfield Dream Team's zone, Mourad Khendu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manos Karelas came out of the goal and Mourad Khendu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, Garfield Dream Team's goal looked a bit too open when Said Semghoun came free, but Manos Karelas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garfield Dream Team's Manos Karelas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mourad Khendu in the 41st minute of play. Ludomir Grucza in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cheb Heddou, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kateb Saïd-Guerni to strike the kick off in the second half. Yazid Amara hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Garfield Dream Team's Manos Karelas got control of the ball when Mourad Khendu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Despite being the better team, Howard FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
