Lake Carmel's Salah Hanister proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Lake Carmel from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd match minute, Lake Carmel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Meziane Zerara to maneuver through the defense. Mouloud Toumi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Salah Hanister. Lake Carmel's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frantz el Ibrahimi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
