Seating: 1815, VIP seats: 160) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faouzi Menguellet in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kasdi Zarabi saved FC Black Zone from getting behind. When Abd al-Asis Hamrouche came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the FC Black Zone fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abd al-Asis Hamrouche couldn't finish the play. Chakib Lacen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Kasdi Zarabi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 11 minutes into the match, Mohammed Zouba notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Castro Valley's Abdelkader Benhamou. Abdelkader Benhamou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Mouloud el Ibrahimi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 16 played minutes, FC Black Zone's Faouzi Matmour shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abdelkader Benhamou came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Black Zone reached it. After 19 played minutes Castro Valley got a freekick which was hit by Bouabdellah Barbarossa. FC Black Zone's Mohammed Zouba got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abd al-Asis Hamrouche hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Faouzi Menguellet received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kasdi Zarabi came out and tried to block the shot, but Faouzi Menguellet slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 25th minute. Chakib Lacen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute Farid Mazzid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdelkader Benhamou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Castro Valley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samir Semghoun to maneuver through the defense. After 39 minutes, Ahmed Diafat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Black Zone and the Castro Valley players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ahmed Diafat hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Faouzi Menguellet struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Kasdi Zarabi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castro Valley. Castro Valley's Abdelkader Benhamou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmed Diafat in the 45th minute of play. After having played for 46 minutes, Faouzi Menguellet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castro Valley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faouzi Menguellet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chakib Lacen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Kasdi Zarabi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Farid Mazzid was the one to do the kick off. FC Black Zone's Kasdi Zarabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faouzi Menguellet in the 56th minute of play. Alain Prévost sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kasdi Zarabi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faouzi Menguellet in the 59th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Abdelkader Benhamou successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alain Prévost fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasdi Zarabi having to interfere. Abdelkader Benhamou made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Mohammed Zouba sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Black Zone's Mohammed Zouba slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abdelkader Benhamou. That made the score 1-2 after 79 minutes of play. In the 85th minute, Faouzi Menguellet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Faouzi Menguellet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Kasdi Zarabi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alain Prévost fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasdi Zarabi having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Faouzi Menguellet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castro Valley's supporters rose to their feet, but Faouzi Menguellet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kasdi Zarabi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Black Zone were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Castro Valley's much stronger midfield.
