An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferhat Hadjar in the 19th minute of play forced Andijon's goalkeeper Rabah Timsit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Andijon's goalkeeper Rabah Timsit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nouredine Ahmed. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferhat Hadjar in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. 54 minutes into the match, Mohamed Matoub dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edmond Bentaala, 5-1. Ferhat Hadjar hit a great ball. Andijon's Mohamed Matoub got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The PSG FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Andijon had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
