Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 150) Jimmy Hendrix made the kick off and thus started the match. A throw-in in the 13th minute of the game was made by Abdellah Aït Salem with Ali Khaldi as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a defensive mix-up in East Coast's zone, Ali Khaldi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halim Saadane came out of the goal and Ali Khaldi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jimmy Hendrix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Khaldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Halim Saadane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. South Augusta's Tedj Hadjar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save South Augusta from getting a goal against them. Halim Saadane came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by South Augusta's Redha Massi. But to his dismay, Redha Massi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After the first half South Augusta were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Khaldi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Jimmy Hendrix managed to get in a good position for a shot. East Coast's supporters rose to their feet, but Jimmy Hendrix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tedj Hadjar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Zitouni during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mohamed Zitouni kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Redha Massi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, East Coast's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Khaldi came free, but Halim Saadane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Redha Massi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to South Augusta getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Nadir Ahmed hit a great ball. Hachemi Benyamina charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hachemi Benyamina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to South Augusta getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Hachemi Benyamina hit a great ball. Tedj Hadjar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmy Hendrix in the 84th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Khaldi in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Halim Saadane saved East Coast from getting behind.
