Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bellemou Ahmed in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kamel Boutabout prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Noureddine Brahimi struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Kamel Boutabout didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scotland Neck AFC. Kamel Boutabout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abd al-Asis Kafi in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Scotland Neck AFC's Noureddine Brahimi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kamel Boutabout narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Salah Ben Khalidi made a precise shot to the right of Kamel Boutabout. Anchorville's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A collision led to Anchorville getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Rachid Baba Ali Azzizi-Kettab hit a great ball. Salah Ben Khalidi took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kamel Boutabout. Kamel Boutabout dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Kamel Boutabout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abd al-Asis Kafi in the 35th minute of play. If Nadir Kerkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abd al-Aziz Chebal didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Anchorville's Nadir Kerkar shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Abd al-Asis Kafi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Kamel Boutabout tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nadir Kerkar to make the kick off. Kamel Boutabout made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Abd al-Asis Kafi sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute of the match, Abd al-Asis Kafi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kamel Boutabout was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Anchorville booed when Scotland Neck AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bellemou Ahmed didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noureddine Brahimi in the 71st minute of play forced Anchorville's goalkeeper Kamel Boutabout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Noureddine Brahimi in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kamel Boutabout saved Anchorville from getting behind. The Scotland Neck AFC fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Scotland Neck AFC's Abd al-Asis Kafi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Scotland Neck AFC booed when Anchorville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferhat Saïd-Guerni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anchorville's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Noureddine Brahimi 85 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-4. Abd al-Asis Kafi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kamel Boutabout firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kamel Boutabout made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abd al-Asis Kafi in the 97th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Scotland Neck AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
