The supporters of South Augusta booed when West Bradenton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmed Azzizi-Kettab didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Khaldi got free with Luis Islas in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ali Khaldi struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Luis Islas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for South Augusta. If Ali Khaldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute of the match, Ali Khaldi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Luis Islas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rachid Matoub recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. West Bradenton were furious when Ahmed Azzizi-Kettab was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Tedj Hadjar didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when West Bradenton's Norbert Gomolka shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. If Rachid Matoub had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Norbert Gomolka in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. In the 83rd match minute, West Bradenton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alain Madjer to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Khaldi in the 89th minute of play forced West Bradenton's goalkeeper Luis Islas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute of the match, Norbert Gomolka tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tedj Hadjar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the final whistle went the supporters of West Bradenton were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant South Augusta side.
