Spectators: 7749 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1974, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Severino Alagoano got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Atlantis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salim Amsallem to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Merchantville FC's Fodil Reda Madouni tried to score from far away in the 3rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 5th match minute, Merchantville FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Méniri to maneuver through the defense. After 6 played minutes, Atlantis's Ahmed Fahima shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ricardo Berna came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atlantis reached it. Atlantis's Abdel Mami proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Atlantis from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute, Merchantville FC's Mansour Douibi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 20th minute, Kassel Brahimi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atlantis's Abdelaziz Kheyari managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ali Méniri in the 21 minute of the game. Merchantville FC's Ricardo Berna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mahieddine Aït Salem in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Hakim Benmabrouk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abdel Mami was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 29 minutes into the match, Mansour Douibi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdel Mami. Atlantis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mansour Douibi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The Merchantville FC fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Merchantville FC's Mansour Douibi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Severino Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmed Fahima to strike the kick off in the second half. Abdel Mami stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mansour Douibi's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Atlantis's Abdel Mami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakim Benmabrouk in the 59th minute of play. Ricardo Berna made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Ahmed Fahima sent off a good shot on target. Frantz Mihoubi kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. When Merchantville FC's Hakim Benmabrouk in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlantis's goalie prevented a goal. Mohammad Kaci Khaled fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdel Mami having to interfere. After some careless play in the Atlantis defense, Hakim Benmabrouk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdel Mami. The Atlantis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdel Mami should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Atlantis's zone, Hakim Benmabrouk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdel Mami came out of the goal and Hakim Benmabrouk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd match minute, Atlantis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Menad Zerguelaine to maneuver through the defense. After 74 played minutes, Merchantville FC's Fodil Reda Madouni shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abdel Mami came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Merchantville FC reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mansour Douibi in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abdel Mami prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hakim Benmabrouk scored 7-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abdel Mami, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abdel Mami made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakim Benmabrouk in the 85th minute of play. In the 85th match minute, Atlantis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Fahima to maneuver through the defense. Abdel Mami took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohammad Kaci Khaled, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Merchantville FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
