Jericho AFC's Chadli Abdelghani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Souad Hadjadj in the 6th minute of play. After 9 minutes of play, Sparlingville AFC's Ismaïl Fari made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chadli Abdelghani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nasreddine Apap in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antoine Cavalli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ismaïl Fari scored 2-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chadli Abdelghani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nasreddine Apap in the 23rd minute of play forced Sparlingville AFC's goalkeeper Antoine Cavalli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jussef Ben Hamdani took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antoine Cavalli. Antoine Cavalli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 30 minutes into the game, Abdelmalek Abbas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sparlingville AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jericho AFC the free kick. Abdelmalek Abbas hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Jericho AFC's Chadli Abdelghani got control of the ball when Hocine Djamel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Hocine Djamel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Chadli Abdelghani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Chadli Abdelghani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hocine Djamel in the 37th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Mohamed Ben Zarabi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Antoine Cavalli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jericho AFC's Chadli Abdelghani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Jericho AFC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Jericho AFC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Mohamed Ben Zarabi hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jussef Ben Hamdani was the one to do the kick off. Jussef Ben Hamdani struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Antoine Cavalli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jericho AFC. Antoine Cavalli came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jericho AFC's Nasreddine Apap. But to his dismay, Nasreddine Apap quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Antoine Cavalli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Ben Zarabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Jericho AFC's Mohamed Ben Zarabi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antoine Cavalli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hocine Djamel in the 61st minute of play forced Jericho AFC's goalkeeper Chadli Abdelghani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nasreddine Apap who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Antoine Cavalli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Souad Hadjadj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chadli Abdelghani having to interfere. When Mohamed Ben Zarabi fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jericho AFC's protests and gave Mohamed Ben Zarabi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Jericho AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Mohamed Ben Zarabi hit a great ball. Souad Hadjadj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chadli Abdelghani having to interfere. Antoine Cavalli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jussef Ben Hamdani in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Sparlingville AFC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Dida Ziani hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Jericho AFC's Nasreddine Apap tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Chadli Abdelghani came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Sparlingville AFC's Hocine Djamel. But to his dismay, Hocine Djamel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hocine Djamel in the 90th minute of play forced Jericho AFC's goalkeeper Chadli Abdelghani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sparlingville AFC's Mohamed Yahi got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Souad Hadjadj got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the game, Jussef Ben Hamdani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-5. Antoine Cavalli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Sparlingville AFC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Jericho AFC to win.
