Jericho AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pilot the free kick. After 8 played minutes Jericho AFC got a freekick which was hit by Abd al-Asis Amri. Lakhdar Sam's late challenge caught a Jericho AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lakhdar Sam helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Pilot was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lakhdar Sam to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Pilot getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Smail Boniche hit a great ball. Jericho AFC's Chadli Abdelghani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hocine Touhami in the 16th minute of play. When Mohamed Madani came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Pilot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Madani couldn't finish the play. Chadli Abdelghani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hocine Touhami in the 18th minute of the match. Chadli Abdelghani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Madani, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Chadli Abdelghani made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Hocine Touhami sent off a good shot on target. Chadli Abdelghani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nasreddine Apap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Hocine Touhami made a precise shot to the right of Chadli Abdelghani. Jericho AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehdi Otman in the 90th minute of play forced Jericho AFC's goalkeeper Chadli Abdelghani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Pilot's Rüştü Ülgen got control of the ball when Nasreddine Apap tried to sneak it across the goal line. There was no doubt that Pilot were the better team. Pilot's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
