Camel Djebbour was slow to take the kick. During this time West St. Paul AFC's players had a chance to rest. Fouad Liegeon was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Khalida Belkhadem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivar Unesson having to interfere. Ivar Unesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Feraoun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, PITZTAL FC's Rachid Baba Ali Bouguerra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that René Ulansi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in PITZTAL FC's zone, Konstantin Kochkarov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivar Unesson came out of the goal and Konstantin Kochkarov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Abbas in the 65th minute of play forced West St. Paul AFC's goalkeeper René Ulansi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Konstantin Kochkarov came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the West St. Paul AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Konstantin Kochkarov couldn't finish the play. West St. Paul AFC made a substitution. Mohamed Ben Ghazi replaced Chadli Belmadi. PITZTAL FC's Ivar Unesson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save PITZTAL FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Ben Abbas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but René Ulansi was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After 83 played minutes PITZTAL FC got a freekick which was hit by Rachid Baba Ali Bouguerra. If Ismael Feraoun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 91 minutes, Khalida Belkhadem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. West St. Paul AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Khalida Belkhadem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. West St. Paul AFC played a much better game than PITZTAL FC and deserved their victory. The PITZTAL FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
