When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Kıraç Yalın put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hemza Derrida. Beppe Puce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lakhdar Guendouz, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Hemza Derrida didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kıraç Yalın went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Hemza Derrida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kıraç Yalın in the 19th minute of play. Beppe Puce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Claus in the 20th minute of the match. Kıraç Yalın could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Hemza Derrida made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Salmiyah Power's zone, Kobi Eta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hemza Derrida came out of the goal and Kobi Eta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Hemza Derrida managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Eldridge's Kıraç Yalın fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hemza Derrida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kobi Eta in the 32nd minute. Hemza Derrida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kobi Eta in the 35th minute of the match. Beppe Puce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Claus in the 39th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kıraç Yalın in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hemza Derrida prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kacper Koperski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eldridge's attentive Agnaldo Reis managed to snatch the ball when Brahim Kerkar made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. In the 46th minute of the match, Kıraç Yalın tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hemza Derrida saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eldridge's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kobi Eta in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arsenio Claus to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Kıraç Yalın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hemza Derrida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kobi Eta in the 58th minute of play forced Salmiyah Power's goalkeeper Hemza Derrida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60thth minute of the game Agnaldo Reis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salmiyah Power's Hemza Derrida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Agnaldo Reis put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hemza Derrida. 64 minutes into the game, Lakhdar Guendouz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salmiyah Power's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eldridge the free kick. Lakhdar Guendouz kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When Kıraç Yalın came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Eldridge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kıraç Yalın couldn't finish the play. Salmiyah Power's Noureddine Abdenouz was substituted for Leonard Bărnuțiu. Salmiyah Power's Alain Khaldi was substituted for Brahim Kerkar. In the 73rd minute, Salmiyah Power's Arsenio Claus ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Beppe Puce. Beppe Puce yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. Hemza Derrida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kıraç Yalın in the 76th minute of play. In the 78thth minute of the game Kıraç Yalın who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salmiyah Power's Hemza Derrida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eldridge's Beppe Puce proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Eldridge from getting a goal against them. Salmiyah Power's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agnaldo Reis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Salmiyah Power's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kobi Eta was slow to take the kick. During this time Eldridge's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Salmiyah Power's goalie and right to Adeng Gustav. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Salmiyah Power's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Eldridge's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
