Spectators: 7060 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 60) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Freeman Mullen made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 played minutes Mattice got a freekick which was hit by Normand Beaujolie. Murdale FC's Freeman Mullen got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marco Burnette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diodore Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Diodore Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diodore Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Marco Burnette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Burnette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diodore Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lambert Armstrong got free with Miguel Moser in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute, Murdale FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Albert Huston fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mattice's Marco Burnette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diodore Garcia in the 40th minute of play. Diodore Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Marco Burnette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Burnette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mary Reyna in the 48th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Albert Huston made the kick off in the second half. Marco Burnette made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diodore Garcia in the 51st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Mattice's zone, Lorenzo Blevins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Burnette came out of the goal and Lorenzo Blevins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Freeman Mullen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freeman Mullen in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Burnette saved Mattice from getting behind. 60 minutes into the match, Mattice's goalkeeper Marco Burnette had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diodore Garcia. In the 62nd minute Murdale FC were awarded a corner. Darren Guidry went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Murdale FC's corner Darren Guidry fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marco Burnette quite easily take care of the ball. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mattice's goalkeeper Marco Burnette, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marco Burnette made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diodore Garcia in the 67th minute. Freeman Mullen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes Mattice got a freekick which was hit by Vespasien Hahn. After a rather tough play, Mattice's Vespasien Hahn got a free kick in the 80th minute. Marco Burnette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freeman Mullen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Marco Burnette throw himself and got hold of the ball when Freeman Mullen in the 82ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Miguel Moser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Huston in the 90th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lambert Armstrong in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Moser saved Murdale FC from getting behind. Marco Burnette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freeman Mullen, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Lambert Armstrong notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Murdale FC's Miguel Moser. Miguel Moser was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew the final whistle, Mattice could leave the field as winners, despite Murdale FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
