Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) Kessock FC's Dusty Stern started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Samuel Graves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ollie Gareau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kessock FC's Emerson Redding got a free kick in the 11th minute. After some careless play in the Kessock FC defense, Kendrick Bloom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oswaldo Davenport. The Kessock FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oswaldo Davenport should have stopped the shot. After having played for 14 minutes, Kendrick Bloom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macalister's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kendrick Bloom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Colombe Brock kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Ollie Gareau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuel Graves in the 16th minute. Samuel Graves's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Ollie Gareau skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Julian Perkins kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Oswaldo Davenport showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kendrick Bloom in the 35th minute of the match. Colombe Brock took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oswaldo Davenport. Oswaldo Davenport dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A hard shot by Sal Godfrey from long distance, 41 minutes into the match, got Ollie Gareau's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Kessock FC's Samuel Graves got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Kessock FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Macalister were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kendrick Bloom was the one to do the kick off. When Samuel Graves got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Kessock FC. Kendrick Bloom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oswaldo Davenport having to interfere. In the 66th minute Kendrick Bloom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oswaldo Davenport saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Kessock FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Gaétan Quenneville hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Kessock FC's goalkeeper Oswaldo Davenport had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Colombe Brock. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dusty Stern in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ollie Gareau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Samuel Graves took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ollie Gareau. Ollie Gareau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Samuel Graves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ollie Gareau having to interfere. A collision led to Macalister getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Kelvin Cummins hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Lazaro Sullivan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Macalister's Ollie Gareau didn't even have to move. Dusty Stern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kessock FC's Emerson Redding pulled a muscle in his leg after 88 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Julian Perkins's late challenge caught a Kessock FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julian Perkins helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Macalister's Julian Perkins got a free kick in the 89th minute. Macalister succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Kessock FC had controlled the match.
