When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Sidney Simard sped through Nachvak FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Clinton Orr. With his leg Clinton Orr managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Osborne AFC's Sidney Simard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vernon Bledsoe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clinton Orr having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Everett Ponce was the one to do the kick off. Dieudonné Bourdette charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 56 played minutes Nachvak FC got a freekick which was hit by Lacy Powell. When Sidney Simard came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Osborne AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sidney Simard couldn't finish the play. Sidney Simard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Vernon Bledsoe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clinton Orr was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Osborne AFC's Renard Gour proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Osborne AFC from getting a goal against them. Vernon Bledsoe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Clinton Orr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lacy Powell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renard Gour having to interfere. There was no doubt that Osborne AFC were the better team. Osborne AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
