Spectators: 6717 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 0) Jackson Lacombe made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the game, Sedalia AFC's Luc McElroy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernest Poulin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Stettler FC's zone, Clay Desilets stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernest Poulin came out of the goal and Clay Desilets tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Stettler FC defense, Luc McElroy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernest Poulin. The Stettler FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernest Poulin should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Sedalia AFC's Levi Gray got control of the ball when Stacy Rancourt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ernest Poulin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luc McElroy, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luc McElroy in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernest Poulin saved Stettler FC from getting behind. Stettler FC's Ernest Poulin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clay Desilets in the 26th minute of play. Ernest Poulin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clay Desilets went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. If Luc McElroy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stettler FC's Ernest Poulin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kraig Rowell in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Luc McElroy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sedalia AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. If Jackson Lacombe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor Field hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

Clay Desilets took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernest Poulin. Ernest Poulin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 55 minutes into the match, Stettler FC's Jackson Lacombe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Levi Gray narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Levi Gray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stacy Rancourt, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, Stettler FC's Anderson Goulet got a free kick in the 67th minute. Sedalia AFC's Rudolph Lacy shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ernest Poulin but with some difficulty. Clay Desilets recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luc McElroy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Poulin having to interfere. Cortez Whitaker hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stettler FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rudolph Lacy was slow to take the kick. During this time Sedalia AFC's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Victor Field to score against Ernest Poulin in Stettler FC's goal. 1-6 after 80 minutes. Luc McElroy was extremely unlucky when he, in the 83rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jackson Lacombe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Levi Gray having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sedalia AFC! The referee gave Stettler FC a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sandy Hobbs, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sedalia AFC's Levi Gray. 2-6. When Olen Fugate fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sedalia AFC's protests and gave Olen Fugate a yellow card for diving instead. The Sedalia AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
