Logan Hamby charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Logan Hamby the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kelvin Gallegos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donovan Duclos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleveland Evans having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Case in the 23rd minute of play forced Igloolik's goalkeeper Matthew Murillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cleveland Evans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kelvin Gallegos's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Lucio Case sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igloolik's Matthew Murillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Case in the 55th minute of play. Bolton's Olen Rivers got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donovan Duclos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Cleveland Evans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donovan Ducloss short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Cleveland Evans to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bolton's Lucio Case got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matthew Murillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Case in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Wilson Garner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matthew Murillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Case, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. If Olen Rivers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
