Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Emon Diaz made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everette Lebrun got free with Zachariah Pineda in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Eustache Rivard fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villers AFC's protests and gave Eustache Rivard a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Coppermine booed when Villers AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustache Rivard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute of the match Jim Nash sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zachariah Pineda skillfully saved the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Coppermine's goal looked a bit too open when Robby Hinojosa came free, but Delbert Avare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delbert Avare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Devon LaGarde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Emon Diaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Everette Lebrun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachariah Pineda having to interfere. If Emon Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 28th minute, Emon Diaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Coppermine booed when Villers AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Crum didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Villers AFC's zone, Emon Diaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zachariah Pineda came out of the goal and Emon Diaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zachariah Pineda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emon Diaz in the 39th minute. Everette Lebrun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zachariah Pineda having to make a save. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robby Hinojosa to make the kick off. Coppermine's Delbert Avare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robby Hinojosa in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute of the match, Régis Bouchard got a very nice opportunity to score, but Delbert Avare was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Delbert Avare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robby Hinojosa in the 56th minute of the match. Delbert Avare was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Devon LaGarde capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Devon LaGarde really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Devon LaGarde got free with Delbert Avare in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Devon LaGarde who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Delbert Avare when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Emon Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachariah Pineda having to interfere. Zachariah Pineda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emon Diaz in the 78th minute of the match. Everette Lebrun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emon Diaz in the 81st minute of play forced Villers AFC's goalkeeper Zachariah Pineda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Villers AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Emon Diaz came free, but Zachariah Pineda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Emon Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Villers AFC's goalkeeper Zachariah Pineda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Villers AFC's Robby Hinojosa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Delbert Avare. That made the score 0-2 after 95 minutes of play. Villers AFC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Coppermine's much stronger midfield.
