Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Firmin Robison made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Piquitonay's zone, Laurent Bartley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herschel Norwood came out of the goal and Laurent Bartley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damion Quenneville sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Damion Quenneville had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 24 minutes, Firmin Robison managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piquitonay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Firmin Robison was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th minute, Firmin Robison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmund Sexton came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Piquitonay's Damion Quenneville. But to his dismay, Damion Quenneville quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Firmin Robison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 minutes, Jesse Conner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Madawaska FC and the Piquitonay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Madawaska FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesse Conner to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quincy McCall in the 44th minute of play forced Piquitonay's goalkeeper Herschel Norwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45thth minute of the game Firmin Robison who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Madawaska FC's Edmund Sexton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Quincy McCall made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Piquitonay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vernon Perdue to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute of the match Jerrold Kiser shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herschel Norwood showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Madawaska FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Quincy McCall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herschel Norwood breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bastien Crabtree kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Piquitonay's goal looked a bit too open when Laurent Bartley came free, but Herschel Norwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Laurent Bartley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Firmin Robison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 76 minutes, Gautier Ernst mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piquitonay and the Madawaska FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gautier Ernst kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Laurent Bartley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Herschel Norwood tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laurent Bartley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herschel Norwood having to interfere. Herschel Norwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quincy McCall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laurent Bartley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Herschel Norwood tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laurent Bartley struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Herschel Norwood didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Madawaska FC. In the 96thth minute of the game Laurent Bartley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piquitonay's Herschel Norwood was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Madawaska FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Piquitonay's performance. The match ended with a win for Piquitonay.
