Sung Ramirez hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the match, Lawnhill FC's goal looked a bit too open when Corin Lockwood came free, but Tommy Fontaine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blaise John received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Tommy Fontaine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blaise John in the 42nd minute of play forced Lawnhill FC's goalkeeper Tommy Fontaine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blake Kitchen kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Corin Lockwood was the one to do the kick off. Corin Lockwood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Fontaine having to interfere. If Blaise John had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Musquodoboit FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wesley Simmons came free, but Hayden Ouellet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute, Corin Lockwood got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Musquodoboit FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Lawnhill FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
