Dick Levine started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Graig Chamberlain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Warren McKnight saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Graig Chamberlain in the 9th minute of play forced Warriors AFC's goalkeeper Warren McKnight to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Inman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Graig Chamberlain in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Warren McKnight saved Warriors AFC from getting behind. 13 minutes into the match, Deseronto's Abel Inman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Warren McKnight narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Deseronto's goalkeeper Norman Avalos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kory Penn. Rodolphe Caouette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Warren McKnight tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Graig Chamberlain in the 22nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deseronto's goalkeeper Norman Avalos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute Graig Chamberlain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Warren McKnight saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Graig Chamberlain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Abel Inman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Warren McKnight showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Graig Chamberlain in the 41st minute of the match. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Warriors AFC's goalkeeper Warren McKnight, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Graig Chamberlain made the kick off in the second half. Warriors AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Graig Chamberlain scored to the left of an out of position Warren McKnight, making the score, 0-1. Kip Brian kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Warriors AFC's Warren McKnight proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Warriors AFC from getting a goal against them. Dick Levine struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Norman Avalos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warriors AFC. Norman Avalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dick Levine in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Graig Chamberlain in the 70th minute of play forced Warriors AFC's goalkeeper Warren McKnight to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Inman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Wilburn Tapia fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Warriors AFC's protests and gave Wilburn Tapia a yellow card for diving instead. Wilburn Tapia hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emory Shaver got free with Warren McKnight in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Graig Chamberlain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Warren McKnight tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Graig Chamberlain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Warren McKnight having to make a save. Warren McKnight was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Errol Pouliotte. The Warriors AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Deseronto were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
