After 6 minutes, Rogelio Flamand made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Armand-Lavergne's Arturo Prater tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Arturo Prater made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Flamand in the 11th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Rogelio Flamand notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Armand-Lavergne's Arturo Prater. Arturo Prater was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Armand-Lavergne getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Emon Bledsoe hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Armand-Lavergne defense, Stan Bruner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arturo Prater. The Armand-Lavergne fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Prater should have stopped the shot. Tony Beatty's late challenge caught a Arelee AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tony Beatty helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 played minutes, Arelee AFC's Leonard Franks shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arturo Prater came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Arelee AFC reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amédée Chalifour in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arturo Prater saved Armand-Lavergne from getting behind. Armand-Lavergne's Arturo Prater played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Flamand in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Stan Bruner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arelee AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Modesto Little fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shirley Bravo having to interfere. When Curtis Adair came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Armand-Lavergne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Curtis Adair couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stan Bruner stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Arelee AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Randell Burgess came free, but Shirley Bravo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armand-Lavergne's Arturo Prater played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stan Bruner in the 56th minute of play. After some careless play in the Armand-Lavergne defense, Andres Leonard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arturo Prater. The Armand-Lavergne fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Prater should have stopped the shot. After 64 played minutes Armand-Lavergne got a freekick which was hit by Curtis Adair. Arturo Prater made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogelio Flamand in the 67th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Armand-Lavergne's zone, Stan Bruner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Prater came out of the goal and Stan Bruner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Rogelio Flamand kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arturo Prater. That made the score 0-6 in the 71 minute of play. The supporters of Armand-Lavergne booed when Arelee AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Leonard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Horace Gabriaux got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Modesto Little managed to get in a good position for a shot. Armand-Lavergne's supporters rose to their feet, but Modesto Little was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shirley Bravo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd minute, Elden Bacon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Shirley Bravo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Randell Burgess was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 88 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, one of Armand-Lavergne:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Armand-Lavergne. The referee gave Arelee AFC a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leonard Franks, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Armand-Lavergne's Arturo Prater. 1-7. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Brady Gagné managed to get in a good position for a shot. Armand-Lavergne's supporters rose to their feet, but Brady Gagné was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shirley Bravo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Arelee AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Armand-Lavergne.
