Spectators: 6736 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Shad Crews got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Parkview's Shad Crews got a free kick in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ed McCoy in the 15th minute of play forced Sexsmith's goalkeeper Moses Tharp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shad Crews fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moses Tharp having to interfere. Ed McCoy kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Joël Bragg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Erich Boykin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Thomson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamal Stovall, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Calvin Lacasse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Joël Bragg's late challenge caught a Parkview's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joël Bragg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st match minute, Sexsmith was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joël Bragg to maneuver through the defense. Collin Lindsay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Moses Tharp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Collin Lindsay took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moses Tharp. Moses Tharp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Calvin Lacasse was the one to do the kick off. Calvin Lacasse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Thomson having to interfere. If Joël Bragg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Collin Lindsay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moses Tharp having to interfere. Joël Bragg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Joël Bragg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Elias Thomson made a huge save. With his leg Elias Thomson managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Sexsmith's Joël Bragg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 64 minutes into the match, Parkview's goalkeeper Elias Thomson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joël Bragg. 66 minutes into the match, Sexsmith's goal looked a bit too open when Shad Crews came free, but Moses Tharp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Sexsmith's Joël Bragg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elias Thomson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joël Bragg got free with Elias Thomson in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joël Bragg in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elias Thomson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 80th minute Ed McCoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moses Tharp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Thomson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calvin Lacasse, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Sexsmith's Moses Tharp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shad Crews in the 91st minute of play. When Collin Lindsay fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Parkview's protests and gave Collin Lindsay a yellow card for diving instead. Parkview's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
