Spectators: 6729 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lon Gamache kicked off to start the match. Eduardo Slaughter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hippolyte Ritchie in the 4th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Bradly Lévesque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lon Gamache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kris Bailey having to interfere. Manitowaning FC's Kris Bailey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Manitowaning FC from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the match, Shalalth FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maxwell Presley came free, but Eduardo Slaughter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonard Seals was extremely unlucky when he, in the 21st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Lon Gamache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Kris Bailey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 26 minutes, Dillon Sherrill managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shalalth FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dillon Sherrill was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dillon Sherrill struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Kris Bailey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shalalth FC. After a defensive mix-up in Shalalth FC's zone, Maxwell Presley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Slaughter came out of the goal and Maxwell Presley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lon Gamache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Manitowaning FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maxwell Presley made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dillon Sherrill in the 54th minute of play forced Manitowaning FC's goalkeeper Kris Bailey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Dillon Sherrill notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Manitowaning FC's Kris Bailey. Kris Bailey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th match minute, Shalalth FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrick Mitchell to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Shalalth FC's Leonard Seals got a free kick in the 61st minute. When Manitowaning FC's Maxwell Presley in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Shalalth FC's goalie prevented a goal. 69 minutes into the match, Manitowaning FC's Hippolyte Ritchie sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eduardo Slaughter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kris Bailey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lon Gamache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, Maxwell Presley recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eduardo Slaughter. Maxwell Presley showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. The supporters of Shalalth FC booed when Manitowaning FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bradly Lévesque didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Abraham Blum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81 played minutes, Shalalth FC's Rolland Oneill shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kris Bailey came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Shalalth FC reached it. After a rather tough play, Manitowaning FC's Abraham Blum got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 86 minutes into the game, when Leopoldo Charlebois put in a rough tackle. In the 85th minute, one of Manitowaning FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Manitowaning FC. Lon Gamache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dillon Sherrill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Kris Bailey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manitowaning FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
