Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ignacio Ayala kicked off to start the match. Aurelio Flaherty's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arlen Crane firmly grabbed it by the left post. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th minute, Abe Abraham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ignacio Ayala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johnathan Walker got free with Arlen Crane in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Johnathan Walker kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Kent Hathaway received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Arlen Crane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arlen Crane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Hathaway, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Philibert L'Anglais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 minutes of play, Ethelbert's Ignacio Ayala made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mohammad Merchant was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Bellburns getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Johnathan Walker hit a great ball. Ignacio Ayala spun around in front of the goal 46 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Bellburns's goal. If Kent Hathaway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Ethelbert were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kent Hathaway to make the kick off. Dana Sansouci hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Kent Hathaway spun around in front of the goal 70 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Ethelbert's goal. Ethelbert's Philibert L'Anglais got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 79 played minutes Ethelbert got a freekick which was hit by Rodney Stringer. When Ignacio Ayala came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Ethelbert fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Ayala couldn't finish the play. Frederic Smart kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Aurelio Flaherty's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arlen Crane read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Johnathan Walker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Ethelbert could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bellburns throughout the match.
