Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kareem Barnes got the match started through his kick off. Kareem Barnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haywood Clement having to interfere. Emmitt Bryan's late challenge caught a Watino AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emmitt Bryan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Retlaw getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Emmitt Bryan hit a great ball. Haywood Clement made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kareem Barnes in the 9th minute of play. Darell Bynum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vespasien Price having to interfere. Thibault Harman hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Emmitt Bryan kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Watino AFC's Jeremiah Huang got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Retlaw's Danial Couturier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vespasien Price narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emmitt Bryan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Retlaw booed when Watino AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Tolbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Retlaw were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Watino AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ricardo Sands took the corner. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
If Danial Couturier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 60 minutes, Esteban Tolbert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Watino AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esteban Tolbert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Kareem Barnes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Haywood Clement. That made the score 1-1 in the 62 minute of play. Kareem Barnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haywood Clement having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Jeremiah Huang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Watino AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremiah Huang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haywood Clement breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Watino AFC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Keneth Kramer hit a great ball. Danial Couturier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Danial Couturier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
