If Omer Esparza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Florentin Corbett put in a rough tackle. The supporters of Richmond Hill United booed when Beachberg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brent Dick didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gregorio Gamble stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
