Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rueben Mathieu made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Franklin Bryson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brent Dick hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Brent Dick reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Théophile Harper. The goal made the score 1-0. Théophile Harper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gregorio Gamble went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Rueben Mathieu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Harlan Bell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Lonny Lancaster hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peachland FC's Théophile Harper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gordon Sims in the 26th minute of play. Gordon Sims sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gregorio Gamble could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Théophile Harper made a huge save. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peachland FC's goalkeeper Théophile Harper, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 42nd minute Franklin Bryson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harlan Bell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harlan Bell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Bryson in the 44th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Gordon Sims made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Louis Potter during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Peachland FC booed when Beachberg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Louis Potter didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rueben Mathieu in the 53rd minute of play forced Beachberg FC's goalkeeper Harlan Bell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peachland FC's Théophile Harper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gordon Sims in the 62nd minute of play. Beachberg FC's Gordon Sims got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 70th minute by Franklin Bryson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rueben Mathieu in the 72nd minute of play forced Beachberg FC's goalkeeper Harlan Bell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gordon Sims in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Théophile Harper prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Franklin Bryson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gordon Sims struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Théophile Harper didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beachberg FC. Rueben Mathieu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Harlan Bell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Byron Proulx came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Peachland FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Byron Proulx couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Beachberg FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Peachland FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
