Vern Benoit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burl Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lorenzo Dean fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kluahne AFC's protests and gave Lorenzo Dean a yellow card for diving instead. Hector Harper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Vern Benoit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kluahne AFC's Lorenzo Dean got a free kick in the 47th minute. The Bogard players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kluahne AFC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Lucas Couet made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Burl Garcia in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vern Benoit saved Kluahne AFC from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Lucas Couet put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fidel McGill. Terrence Mooney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the game, Constantin Lanctot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bogard's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kluahne AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Bogard's Constantin Lanctot got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Hector Harper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bogard getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Aron Lajoie hit a great ball. After 80 minutes, Dorian Ramirez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bogard and the Kluahne AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Harper in the 84th minute of play forced Kluahne AFC's goalkeeper Vern Benoit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
