Winford Aragon's late challenge caught a Bogard's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Winford Aragon helped the player get up and apologised. Laverne Knox, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hector Harper in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Josh Pépin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anderson Ohara who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Fidel McGill when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alliance AFC's Anderson Ohara got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute of the match Enoch Espinoza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fidel McGill showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Hector Harper managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bogard's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Harper was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Josh Pépin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 70 minutes, Adalberto Creech mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bogard and the Alliance AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Bogard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Creech to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Hector Harper had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Josh Pépin. Alliance AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hector Harper was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The Alliance AFC fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Alliance AFC's Anderson Ohara looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 81st minute, Hector Harper made a precise shot to the right of Josh Pépin. Alliance AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. If Hector Harper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlton Kimble fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel McGill having to interfere. During the 92nd minute of the match Winford Aragon completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Winford Aragon a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Alliance AFC's Winford Aragon got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The Alliance AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bogard were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
