Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustache Weiss in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jack Pineda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 11 minutes into the match, Valeport's goal looked a bit too open when Eustache Weiss came free, but Jack Pineda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Eustache Weiss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Pineda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Valeport's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Blaine McGuire fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dinorwic AFC's Gabriel McKenzie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vito Alfaro in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of Dinorwic AFC booed when Valeport was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vito Alfaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel McKenzie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Alfaro in the 41st minute of play. Blaine McGuire's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jack Pineda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Colby Nguyen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Eustache Weiss had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jack Pineda. Valeport's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eustache Weiss was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 61st minute Blaine McGuire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Pineda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 played minutes Valeport got a freekick which was hit by Franklyn Lamothe. 64 minutes into the match, Valeport's goal looked a bit too open when Eustache Weiss came free, but Jack Pineda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colby Nguyen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute Colby Nguyen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel McKenzie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blaine McGuire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Pineda having to interfere. Eustache Weiss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jack Pineda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valeport's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
