After 11 minutes, Salvador Lachapelle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kluahne AFC and the Dinorwic AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Salvador Lachapelle hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the game's 12th minute Dinorwic AFC's Reginald Doherty took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Vern Benoit and thus the score was 0-1. Leroy Michaud kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Reginald Doherty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute Lucas Couet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel McKenzie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel McKenzie came out of the goal and Lucas Couet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Terrence Mooney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel McKenzie having to interfere. Lucas Couet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gabriel McKenzie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Terrence Mooney in the 34th minute. A collision led to Dinorwic AFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Andreas Hooker hit a great ball. Gabriel McKenzie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Couet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Terrence Mooney got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucas Couet to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucas Couet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Gabriel McKenzie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Gamble in the 69th minute of play forced Dinorwic AFC's goalkeeper Gabriel McKenzie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Dinorwic AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Terrence Mooney came free, but Gabriel McKenzie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Dinorwic AFC's Eustache Weiss ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vern Benoit. Vern Benoit yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Terrence Mooney struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Gabriel McKenzie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kluahne AFC. Terrence Mooney's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel McKenzie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Lucas Couet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel McKenzie having to make a save. The Kluahne AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Dinorwic AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Dinorwic AFC.
